Follow these simple steps to recruiting and teach your team to duplicate:

Our role is simply to:

(a) engage everyone you know/meet in a brief conversation about travel that piques their curiosity.
(b) use the TOOLS to provide them information about YTB and the opportunity
(c) follow-up to determine their level of interest
(d) if they show interest, introduce them to your sponsor via a 3-way call
(e) help them make a decision

This is a SORTING business, not a CONVINCING business. Nevertheless, we do have a responsibility to our friends and family to ensure that they know exactly what they are saying "No" to, so we may need to do some convincing to get them to listen to a recorded briefing, watch a DVD, read a magazine or review our website.

Remember, everyone who says "No" to the opportunity is still a potential Travel Customer and should be added to your Deals & Steals mailing list.

If you follow the 1-4 information system you will have massive results.

Step#1: Three-way them in or have client listen to 405-244-4085 Info line. Give them 10-minutes and then call them back and ask "what did you liek BEST about what you heard?" Note hot buttons - travel savings, tax benefits, part-time income or massive income.

Step # 2: Point them to more information. Send the client to your YTB Business Builder website to see the online presentation.

Step # 3: Reinforce the awesome compensation plan by having them watch http://www.howifiredmyboss.com. Set a follow-up time.

Step #4: Three-way with Sponsor or upline to get questions answered and to close.

Step #5: Stay on the phone and walk them through the signup from your Business Builder site. Make suggestions so they don't get hung up choosing their User ID.

If they are not ready to signup but are interested in learning more, get their postal address and mail them the Success magazine by Priority Post ($4.05 postage) from your Autoship inventory.

Add their names into he Contact & Follow-up system in the back office, allowing 3-days for the mail and for them to have time to look at the magazine.

Duplicate this system with everyone you sponsor. This will explode your business.
